I attended and reviewed the world premiere of Patches of Blue in 2011. This inspirational, light-hearted musical comedy is set in New York City and Vermont, with elements of jazz and pop in its musical style.
The director and composer, Joan Hendershot, recently announced a live musical preview of Patches of Blue on Thurs., November 6, 2014 in Hamilton at the Art Gallery of Hamilton. The event will revisit some of the most memorable scenes from the premiere production. Some of the original cast including Alysa King, Nara Farrell, and Erin Collier, are expected to recreate their performances.
Admission is free. There will be a cash bar.
